Arabian Rice
Ingredients
- Chicken legs 2
- Chicken breasts 2
- Rice 2 cups
- Clarified butter 1 cup
- Onion 2 (chopped)
- White vinegar 2 tbsp
- Small cardamom 6 (chopped)
- Yogurt ½ cup
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Almonds 10 (boiled, chopped)
- Raisins 1 cup
- Green chilies 4
- Salt to taste
- Method;
- 1.Wash and soak the rice.
- 2.Heat some clarified butter in the pan and add in chopped onion.
- 3.Fry it till they are golden brown.
- 4.Take the onion and add in the chicken pieces.
- 5.Cook it till the water dries.
- 6.Add in salt, green chilies white vinegar, small cardamom, yogurt and ginger garlic paste. Cook it.
- 7.Add in almonds and raisins.
- 8.Cook it and add in 2 – 3 cups of water and rice in it to cook.
- 9.When it boils and simmer it.
- 10.Take the rice out, garnish fried onion and serve hot.
