Mexican Chicken


 Ingredients;
Chicken boneless 1/2 kg
Capsicum 2 cut in stripes
Tomatoes 2 cut in stripes
Salt 1 tsp
Sweet corns 1 tsp
Crushed red pepper 1/2 tsp
Green chilies 2-3
Red pepper 1/2 tsp
Garlic cloves 6 chopped
Butter 1 tbsp
White pepper 1/4 tsp
Tomato paste 3-4 tbsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Method;
In a pan heat oil, add garlic and sauté.
Then add chicken and fry.
Put tomato paste, salt, crushed red pepper, red pepper and fry further for 5 minutes.
Add approximately 1 cup water in the chicken and cover lid, cook it further.
Now put tomato and capsicum and green chilies strips in this.
In another pan add butter, sweet corns and white pepper, fry it .
Dish out chicken and pour fried sweet corns over the chicken.
  • Serve with vegetable rice.
